Nicole M. Threlkel brings over a decade of experience in business and real estate law, with a strong background in both litigation and transactional matters. She began her legal career in 2010, representing financial institutions and has since built a diverse practice advising individuals, businesses, both for-profit and nonprofit, and homeowners’ associations on a wide range of legal needs. Nicole received her B.A. from UCLA in Political Science and her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. Her work in appellate law has garnered national recognition, underscoring her commitment to her practice.
