Brian is certified by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) as a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA®). NELF is the only national organization accredited by the American Bar Association to certify practitioners of Elder and Special Needs Law. The CELA® designation represents confirmation of a lawyer’s exceptional skills in the practice of elder and special needs law. Certified by the National Elder Law Foundation, Brian is also included in the 2025 Best Lawyers in America® and 2024 Top Lawyers In the Hudson Valley and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He assists clients with various aspects of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning and Applications, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration and Guardianships.

He is a frequent lecturer at professional organizations and community groups regarding topics related to Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, and Elder Law in general.
