New York, New YorkThe New York personal injury law firm Hach & Rose Attorneys at Law has recently won four major jury verdicts totaling more than $16 million for injured clients. Each verdict was won by a different legal team in four separate boroughs, Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Rockland County, showing the firm’s strength in handling serious personal injury cases across the city and state of New York.

The recent verdicts include:

  • $6 million for a construction worker hurt in a ladder fall in Manhattan ($7.2 million post-judgement interest)
  • $3.1 million for a person injured in a car and truck crash in the Bronx ($4.5 million post-judgement interest)
  • $4.2 million for a construction worker struck by a falling object in Brooklyn
  • $1.25 million for a victim of medical malpractice in Rockland County

Before their trials, none of the clients were offered more than $1 million to settle their cases. By going to trial and letting a jury decide, Hach & Rose helped their clients get the money they truly needed and deserved. Each case lasted about three to four weeks in court and ended with a jury verdict.

“These are life-changing injuries, and our clients deserved better than what the insurance companies were offering,” said Mike Rose, co-founder of Hach & Rose. “We took these cases to trial, and the juries agreed.”

All four clients suffered serious injuries that will require long-term medical care. One client, a father of three, now requires ongoing care. To help explain this to the jury, the firm brought in experts in medicine, long-term care, and financial planning to show the full impact of the injuries.

“We don’t cut corners,” said Rose. “We spend whatever time and money it takes to build a strong case. We want the jury to understand what our clients are facing now and in the future.”

Hach & Rose is known for taking on big, complex cases that other law firms often refer to them. Many firms don’t have the resources or trial experience to handle these kinds of cases, so they turn to Hach & Rose for help.

What makes Hach & Rose different is how they treat their clients. From day one, the team is committed to being responsive, honest, and fully prepared to go to trial if needed. Clients get direct access to their lead attorney and are kept in the loop every step of the way.

“These verdicts show that juries want to do the right thing,” said Rose. “We’re proud to stand up for people who are hurt and need help getting their lives back.”

Founded nearly 25 years ago by Gregory Hach and Michael Rose, Hach & Rose Attorneys at Law was built on a commitment to fight for the injured and protect union workers. Michael was already known for winning million-dollar jury verdicts and speaking for the New York Bar, while Gregory had represented union members nationwide and advised on key labor issues. Together, they created a firm focused on achieving trial success, advocating for clients, and delivering meaningful results.
