RTRLAW Expands Nationwide with New Offices in Massachusetts and Michigan

Boston, MA and Detroit, MI – RTRLAW, a personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm founded in South Florida in 1988, has announced the opening of new office locations in Boston, Massachusetts and Detroit, Michigan. The openings represent the firm’s first physical offices in both states and reflect its continued geographic expansion beyond Florida and Texas.

RTRLAW was founded in South Florida in 1988 and has represented tens of thousands of clients over more than three decades. Now entering 2026, RTRLAW is refocusing its practice and returning to what they are best recognized for: focusing exclusively on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, while accelerating expansion into new communities nationwide, as part of a broader strategic shift.

“Our mission has always been simple: when someone is hurt, they deserve a law firm that is accessible, relentless, and fully committed to their recovery,” said Managing Partner Nicholas R. Thompson, Esq. “Opening offices in Massachusetts and Michigan allows us to bring the RTRLAW approach to even more clients who need trusted legal representation during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.”

According to the firm, the expansion aligns with a broader effort to support clients in additional jurisdictions where its attorneys are licensed to practice law, including Massachusetts and Michigan. The new offices are intended to provide local access while maintaining the firm’s centralized legal infrastructure.

“Opening offices in Massachusetts and Michigan is a natural next step for the firm,” said Lance C. Rudzinskil of RTRLAW. “We’ve seen a growing need for experienced injury representation in these markets, and having a physical presence allows us to better understand the communities we’re serving while remaining consistent with how we practice law across all locations.”

“Both Massachusetts and Michigan have unique local dynamics when it comes to injury and workplace claims.” “Having a physical presence in these cities allows us to better understand how cases move through local courts and systems, and to support clients with a clearer view of the regional factors that affect their claims.”

The Boston office is located at 53 State Street, Suite 574, in the city’s downtown business district. The Detroit office is located at 2200 Hunt Street, Suite 2068, near the city’s central commercial corridor. Both offices are now open and operational.

RTRLAW is a premier personal injury law firm with several offices conveniently located throughout Florida, as well as in Texas. Our team of licensed and highly experienced attorneys are committed to providing outstanding representation and personalized legal services to all of our clients in all areas of the law in which we practice. We are dedicated to seeking justice for our clients and getting the best outcome possible for them. Since our founding in 1988, our attorneys have represented tens of thousands of clients and secured hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation and settlements.
