Sahar Scioneaux, CFLS, Included in the 2027 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America

Irvine, California Sahar Scioneaux, a Certified Family Law Specialist and Senior Trial Attorney at Reel Fathers Rights, was included in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Family Law. It is her first Best Lawyers® recognition.

Sahar Scioneaux is a Certified Family Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and was included in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Family Law.

“Sahar takes the cases other attorneys quietly hope will settle. Businesses, forensic accountants, a custody evaluator on one side and a restraining order petition built on nothing on the other,” said Mark Reel Jr., Founder and CEO of Reel Fathers Rights. “Big money, big problems, the highest stakes a family law case can carry. She is as good as anyone in California at that work, and the attorneys who practice against her know it. That is who decides this recognition.”

About Sahar Scioneaux, CFLS

Scioneaux is a Senior Trial Attorney in the Irvine office of Reel Fathers Rights, one of the top family law firms for men in California. She handles family law, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and domestic violence matters across Orange County and Los Angeles County, and has practiced family law since 2017.

She practices in four languages. English, Dari, German, and French, which allows her to represent clients across Orange County and Los Angeles County who would otherwise be working through an interpreter during the most consequential conversations of their case.

The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization certifies her as a Family Law Specialist. The certification is not granted on request.

An attorney who wants to specialize under the program must hold an active California license for at least five years and document family law as a primary practice with real volume across trials, settlements, and premarital and postnuptial work. She must meet a continuing education minimum in the field and pass a comprehensive written examination administered by the State Bar. She must also submit favorable references from judges and from the attorneys who have opposed her in court.

She works with forensic accountants and business valuation experts on high asset dissolutions and handles contested custody matters involving evaluators and minor’s counsel.

She served on the board of the Orange County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, currently serves on the board of the Public Law Society, and belongs to the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court, one of Orange County’s most selective legal societies. She earned her Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law after finishing at California State University, Fullerton.
