Nina Tahsini Included in the 2027 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America

Irvine, CaliforniaNina Tahsini, an Associate Attorney at Reel Fathers Rights, was included in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Family Law. It is her first Best Lawyers® recognition.

Nina Tahsini, an associate at Reel Fathers Rights in Irvine, was included in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Family Law.

“Nina has skill and judgment well past her years in practice,” said Mark Reel Jr., Founder and CEO of Reel Fathers Rights. “She can read a case and tell you whether it settles or gets tried, and she is not wrong often. Either way her clients get results. That kind of sophistication this early is rare, and her peers clearly saw it too.”

About Nina Tahsini

Tahsini is an Associate Attorney in the Irvine office of Reel Fathers Rights, one of the top family law firms for men in California. She handles family law, divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence matters for fathers throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County.

She practices in English and Farsi. Persian speaking communities in Orange County and Los Angeles are among the largest in the country and among the least served by family law practices, and a father can discuss the hardest parts of his case with her directly rather than through an interpreter.

Tahsini clerked in criminal defense before her admission, where she researched, drafted motions and pleadings, worked with senior attorneys on case strategy, and interviewed clients and witnesses. That foundation carries directly into the domestic violence side of her practice. Defending a father against a restraining order petition is an evidentiary contest with his time with his children on the line, and it rewards the constitutional footing and evidentiary instinct that criminal defense work builds.

Her training in dispute resolution sets her apart on the other side of the docket. She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, which houses the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution, and completed the Saltman Center’s 40 hour Mediation Essentials curriculum in negotiation technique and conflict theory. She also taught a divorce course through a partnership with the Legal Aid Center of Nevada, walking people with no legal background through the mechanics of filing.

She finished cum laude in Political Science at California State University, Long Beach. California
