Moorestown, New Jersey – The Begley Law Group is proud to announce Associate Attorney Emily M. Schurr as its newest member. Ms. Schurr will concentrate on Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury Consulting, assisting individuals to maintain their public benefits after receiving personal injury settlements or inheritances.

A member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations, Attorney Schurr graduated summa cum laude from Rowan University, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she graduated cum laude.

During her time at Rutgers Law School, she completed over 100 pro bono hours and earned the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for Exceptional Service. She was a Teaching Assistant for Estates & Trusts and Estate Planning classes and served as a student leader of the Planning Estates Project (PEP), which prepares estate planning documents for low-income seniors.
