Austin, Texas – Jason Wright is the managing partner at the Law Office of Jason Wright. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Jason Wright is a Texas Wesleyan School of Law graduate. Jason’s family law experience focuses on divorce, complex child custody, and property matters. Additionally, Jason helps families fight for their child’s right to a fair and equal education. In this role, Jason’s work includes helping families with IEP enforcement, ARD representation, DAEP placement, bullying, and similar matters. Jason became an Austin resident in 1994 and is dedicated to helping families in the Austin area with their family law needs.

Jason Wright has received other awards for his work as an attorney. In addition to being named a Top Attorney in Family Law, he was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2020-2022, a distinction granted to no more than 2.5 percent of all attorneys in the state of Texas. He was also named a Top Attorney by Austin Monthly in 2021 & 2022.

Katie Valle joined the Law Office of Jason Wright as a senior associate attorney in 2022. Katie’s experience includes serving as the Director of Family Services at Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas (VLS) and more than ten years of experience with divorce and child custody cases. A 2011 graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law, Katie began her commitment to family law started even before law school with work in women’s shelters and the Criminal District Attorney’s Office Family Violence, Protective Order, and Sexual Assault Division.

Today, Katie continues her work on behalf of Texas families. Her work focuses on challenging and complex family law claims, including divorce, child custody, and conservatorship.
